Mission:FOCUS offers training designed to strengthen couples and families in readiness for tomorrow. It builds on current strengths and teaches practical skills related to the challenges of military life, including stress, injury and other transitions.

What FOCUS Project Does:

FOCUS offers short term (6-8 sessions) resiliency training for military couples and families to teach resiliency skills like communication and problem solving to help meet the challenges of military life.

Who Does FOCUS Project Serve:

Active duty or activated military families with children 3 years old and older; married and unmarried couple with at least one active duty or activated partner.

How FOCUS Project Serves the Military-Connected Community:

We partner with other organizations to provide briefs and support at outreach events. We also host skill building groups for leadership, service members and their families.
