Vets’ Community Connections (VCC)

Mission: “Our mission is to assist veterans, military and their families in successfully integrating into their community by expanding their local networks and involving individuals and organizations from all parts of the community.”
What Vets’ Community Connections Does:
We provide service members, veterans, and their respective families, with connections to resources (non-emergency or critical in nature) civilian businesses and individuals to help integrate them more fully into their San Diego communities.
Who qualifies for Vets’ Community Connections services:
Veterans, Active duty service members, and their families.
How Vets’ Community Connections serves the military-connected community:
Clients will be connected to a knowledgeable Vet Connector who can assess what the caller is looking for in a wide variety of fields: education, health, business, recreation, arts, community service and a host of other areas. A Vet Connector will find a helpful connection in their system.
