Community Conversations

The San Diego Military Family Collaborative and the San Diego Veterans Coalition in
collaboration with research partner the Caster Center at the University of San Diego has
convened a series of “Community Conversations” to map the regional ecosystem of the
programs, resources and services offered to the Military/Veteran Connected Community as a part of the SD Veteran & Family Wellness Strategy.

As conveners of many military service providers in San Diego County, the San Diego Military Family Collaborative (SDMFC)- and San Diego Veterans Coalition (SDVC)- are partnering together to better support our service members (Active Duty/Veterans) and their families by creating a “Road Map” of programs/services/resources provided to these individuals during different “life moments.”  With support from USD’s Caster Center, this partnership has totaled 4 regional convenings to get an informed landscape of the supports that exist for this community.

Miss out on the Community Conversations? You still have the opportunity to add to the conversation from afar! If you had to leave early or if we missed you and are still seeking to provide feedback, please download the documents below in the comfort of your own office and print, scan, and send to Adrian:
