Mission: 

To proactively link transitioning service members, recent veterans and their families to a broad range of resources and opportunities in the community, helping them successfully transition to civilian life.

zero8hundred provides assistance by teaming up transitioning personnel 1:1 with a military-connected (veteran or military spouse) counselor – referred to as a Resource & Outreach Specialist – who comes alongside them to help identify their unique needs and then connects them to those organizations and resources available to meet those needs anywhere in San Diego, Riverside, Imperial or Orange counties.

Who Does zero8hundred Serve:

Transitioning service-members, veterans within 1 year of transition, Reserves/National Guard before/during/after activation and their spouses

How does zero8hundred serve the military-connected community?

zero8hundred provides navigation and transition coaching support to transitioning military personnel, and their spouses, to local resources to help them execute their transition plan to meet their unique needs as they prepare to enter the civilian community.
