In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, the San Diego Military Family Collaborative is happy to present the following list of mental health resources in and around San Diego County.

County funded health agency aimed allocate mental health care resources and services to residents of San Diego county. - 2-1-1 San Diego
This hotline connects people in San Diego and neighboring communities with free health and disaster services through a toll free 24/7 phone service and searchable online database. - San Diego Access and Crisis Line
Phone: (888) 724-7240 Serves as a suicide prevention/intervention hotline and provides mental health crisis intervention, information and referral to mental health services in San Diego County, including referrals to mental health care professionals who accept Medi-Cal and serve people who lack health insurance.
